Xedos Technologies targets a 15-minute first response time during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM UAE time). For businesses on our monthly AMC plans, we offer 24/7 support with SLA-defined response times. After-hours emergency support is also available for all clients — simply call our support line.

Security is our top priority. All remote sessions are conducted using AES-256 encrypted connections via industry-trusted tools. Our engineers only connect with your explicit permission — you can see everything they do on screen in real time, and you can end the session at any moment.
